Andelini Centrum 2021

Ciril is the first macerated wine from Anđelini Winery, made from grapes sourced from a seventy-year-old family vineyard. A 40-day skin maceration has given the wine its deep amber hue, layered character and pronounced texture. The nose shows dried fruit, tea and spice with a gentle oxidative touch typical of the style. On the palate it is dry, structured, lightly tannic and long-lasting. A wine for the table and for contemplation — an authentic expression of place and hand.

Filomena is the most awarded wine of our winery. Its name derives from the Greek word Philoumenes, formed from phileo meaning love and menos meaning strength. When you taste it, we believe you will understand why this wine truly deserves its name. The Istrian Malvasia grapes are hand-harvested at full ripeness, macerated for 36 hours and vinified partly in acacia and oak barrels and partly in stainless steel tanks. After one year of ageing in wood, the wine is further matured in the bottle for another year. This gives the wine fullness and strength while developing its aromatic profile with excellent freshness. The wine is dry, warm, and smooth, with pleasant freshness. It is moderately tannic with fine, soft tannins. The wine is flavourful with a medium body. It is balanced, with pronounced flavour intensity and very good persistence. The wine is harmonious and easy to drink, with notes of red currant emerging on the aftertaste. It pairs excellently with veal roast prepared under the traditional "čripnja" (baking bell) with homemade potatoes.

At first scent, citrus notes emerge, followed by hints of yellow pear and acacia blossom. The wine is dry, moderately warm, and subtly smooth, characterized by a refreshing acidity and medium body. It shows excellent balance, pronounced flavor intensity, and a long, lingering finish with a touch of nectarine on the aftertaste. Harmonious and easy to drink, it pairs wonderfully with Istrian cured meat platters.

Tempora Anni (Latin for "seasons of the year") is a sparkling wine made from the Istrian Malvasia grape variety.

Istrian Malvasia is the most important and widespread indigenous grape variety in Istria, and Malvasia was the first wine produced by the In Sylvis winery. After hand-harvesting, the Istrian Malvasia grapes are processed through crushing, destemming, and pressing. The fermentation process is monitored daily in stainless steel tanks under controlled conditions.

The aromatic and attractive In Sylvis Florens Rosé dry wine is produced by processing the red Teran grape as if it were a white variety — through crushing, destemming, and pressing without maceration.

Franc Arman Merlot Superior matures partly in large oak barrels and partly in barrique casks. It is characterised by a deep dark-red colour. This atypically styled wine is full and robust, yet still pleasantly drinkable, marked by aromas of ripe cherry and raspberry with a chocolate-and-spice aftertaste. Discreet oak notes intertwine gently with the fruit aromatics, contributing to the wine’s superior overall impression.

The wine has a youthful red color with a purple glow, medium depth and elegant transparency. It is dominated by fruity aromas of cherry and dark berries of blackcurrant and blackberry with a subtle scent of oak. Opening the glass reveals the scents of ink and violets. In the mouth, “Wine” is extremely fresh, elegant, soft and drinkable, medium-bodied, soft but rich tannins, layered, lasting fruity and spicy finish.

The “Celeste” sparkling wine is a rosé made from Teran (60%), Merlot (30%), and Black Malvasia (10%).

The vineyards lie on the hills around Buje at 220–250 m above sea level, in the San Pellegrin site, historically known for this variety. Maintaining low yields per hectare and the ventilation of the position allow the production of healthy grapes essential for extended ripening and achieving the desired concentration of aromas. After a short cryomaceration and gentle pressing, the must ferments at low temperature to preserve the irreplaceable Muscat aroma concentration.
