A dark ruby-colored wine made from the Teran variety and aged for three years in barrique barrels. Intense aromas of ripe sour cherry and dried plum, with notes of smoke, leather and coffee. Powerful, full-bodied and long-lasting on the finish.

On the first nose, dominant notes of sage honey and candied orange peel appear, followed by hints of gooseberry, ripe peach, and dried almonds. The wine is semi-sweet, moderately warm, and moderately smooth, while also offering good freshness. It is flavourful with a medium body. The wine is balanced, with pronounced flavour intensity and a long-lasting finish. On the aftertaste, notes of ripe peach emerge. Yellow Muscat is a white, aromatic grape variety belonging to the Muscat family. It is grown mostly in Istria and northern Italy, where it is commonly used for the production of dessert wines. Tempora Anni (Latin for "seasons of the year") is a sparkling wine made from the Istrian Malvasia grape variety.

Istrian Malvasia is the most important and widespread indigenous grape variety in Istria, and Malvasia was the first wine produced by the In Sylvis winery. After hand-harvesting, the Istrian Malvasia grapes are processed through crushing, destemming, and pressing. The fermentation process is monitored daily in stainless steel tanks under controlled conditions.

At first scent, citrus notes emerge, followed by hints of yellow pear and acacia blossom. The wine is dry, moderately warm, and subtly smooth, characterized by a refreshing acidity and medium body. It shows excellent balance, pronounced flavor intensity, and a long, lingering finish with a touch of nectarine on the aftertaste. Harmonious and easy to drink, it pairs wonderfully with Istrian cured meat platters.
