The Sirotić Chardonnay is produced by a family winery in northern Istria. Harvested from favourable slopes with expressive terroir, the Chardonnay grapes yield a wine that balances freshness and character. On the nose there are aromas of green apple, lemon zest and white-flower hints, accompanied by cool mineral undertones. The palate is crisp and medium-bodied, with vivid acidity giving clarity and lift, while subtle creamy texture adds elegance. The finish is clean and refreshing. Pair it with shellfish, lean fish, vegetarian dishes or mild soft cheeses. Serve at about 10-12 °C for optimal enjoyment.
