Stampar Urban White Extra Brut 2022 is a sparkling wine produced by the classic method from the Moslavac (Sipon/Mosler/Furmint) variety in the wine region of Međimurje – Bregovita Hrvatska. The base wine aged in a large oak barrel for 8 months, then the second fermentation wine in the bottle ages for 22 months on the lees, and after disgorging, at least 3 months of resting follows before being released to the market. The color is golden-yellowish with very fine and persistent bubbles. The aroma is fresh citrus, brioche, light mineral notes, and creamy texture. In the mouth, the wine is elegant, harmonious, and long-lasting with pleasant acidity. Ideal as an aperitif, with oysters, mushroom omelet, creamy risotto, pasta, or quiche. Serve at 6-8 °C.
